Shippings, Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of lingerie and intimate items, all sold products cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether there is an issue with the fit.

If you are buying lingerie items for yourself or as a gift, please be sure you select the correct size as these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Feel free to whatsapp or email us if you have any questions! 

Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable


What are your shipping options?

We ship all over the world! 


Malaysia:

We offer various shipping options for Semenanjung Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan) e.g. Poslaju, Ninjavan. You will be notified of the carrier upon shipment of item. 


International:

We offer various shipping options worldwide depending on the location. Amongst the carriers are DHL, Aramex. You will be notified of the carrier upon shipment of item.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is RM10 for Semenanjung Malaysia and RM15 for East Malaysia.

FREE Shipping for international orders!


When will I get my items?

Local delivery usually will take 1 - 3 working days. 

International delivery will take 7-14 working days. 

The estimated delivery time listed applies to major cities only. Delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days. Packets, envelopes with enclosures, documents and merchandise are subjected to customs inspection and clearance.


Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed with us, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.


When will my items ship?

We deliver Monday - Friday.

During the holidays, please allow extra time for delivery of your order. With the tracking number provided, please contact your shipper for further delivery details after you place your order.

We ship to the address specified in the order. Please make sure that you entered your information correctly. Meöw is not responsible for issues relating to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Meöw will not pay for shipping related to such issues.


Which address should I ship my order to?

You may ship to your office address or at home. Most delivery operators operates between 8:30am to 8pm on weekdays and 8:30am to 5pm on Saturdays.

If no one is physically able to collect your parcel on delivery after two attempts, your parcel will either be held at the nearest carrier office to you or sent back to us.


 Has my order been shipped out yet?

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive your unique tracking code, so you can keep track of your parcel at all times. This tracking code is sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there! Paid orders made before 7am will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after That will be shipped the next day.


What if the item I received is faulty?

We are very sorry for this blunder. Please notify us immediately if this happens!

Send us a picture of the faulty item and include a short description along with your order ID and send to meowhotline@gmail.com. We will exchange your item for a new one. If the faulty item is out of stock, we will refund your purchase. We hope this won’t stop you from making future purchase with Meow!

 

What if an item is missing from my order?

Email us at meowhotline@gmail.com with your order ID and we’ll ship it out to you ASAP!


What is pre-order and when will my items ship?

Pre-order is a way of guaranteeing you will receive the product you want in your size. Items are on pre-ordered anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, unless stated otherwise. We do our best to include delivery estimates on the product pages for your convenience. If there are ever any delays in production, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
